Vivian Lee, Ph.D.

Vivian Lee joined Granville Life Sciences to provide strategic and scientific expertise for biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations. Vivian advises clients on portfolio strategy, scientific due diligence, partnership development, and operational optimization for programs spanning discovery through preclinical development.

Prior to joining Granville, Vivian held leadership roles at biotechnology companies ranging from startups to large pharmaceutical companies, where she led strategic portfolio management and multidisciplinary R&D programs, conducted technical due diligence for major investments, built high-value partnerships, and drove operational improvements across cell therapy and stem cell programs. Earlier in her career, she served as Associate Director of R&D at STEMCELL Technologies, directing product portfolio strategy and launching 30+ products, and as an Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she established an independent research program in neural stem cell development.

Vivian is known for her ability to translate complex scientific data into actionable strategy and her systematic approach to cross-functional leadership and process optimization. Her technical expertise spans stem cell platforms, cell therapy development, oncology, neuroscience, complex tissue culture models, and scale-up process strategy.

Vivian earned her Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology from Oregon Health & Science University and completed postdoctoral training at the California Institute of Technology.
